Effective September 2026. This describes what information MOCG LLC collects through mocg-iso.com, how it's used, and your choices.
When you submit a form on this site — the contact/quote request form or the ISO 9001:2026 transition calculator's "email me this timeline" form — we collect what you enter: name, company, phone number (contact form only), email address, and any message or selections you provide. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form-handling service.
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect payment information through this site.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads, including remarketing, to measure and deliver advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. Remarketing means you may see MOCG ads on other sites after visiting this one.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam, which is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, schedule work, and — if you become a client — deliver consulting, training, or auditing services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named on this page (Netlify, Google) that help us operate the site, or as required by law.
We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, for clients, for the duration of the business relationship and as required for our own recordkeeping.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing client_services@MOCG-ISO.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
