ISO Consulting
Every project starts with an upfront evaluation that rates your processes against the standard — so you see exactly where you stand before a dollar is spent on implementation.
Request a Consulting QuoteThe Gap Analysis
Your evaluation rates every applicable clause of the standard — green conformance, yellow minor non-conformance, red system breakdown — with a specific recommendation for each. One page tells your leadership exactly what stands between you and certification.
How It Works
A proven approach that quickly establishes the measures with which to see improvement. We can support your team as Project Manager — or be your ISO team.
Where you stand today against the standard — visual, measurable, no guesswork.
A system matched to how your organization actually works, with your implementation team trained from day one.
Lean documentation people actually use — developed on a visual timeline mapped to every clause of your standard (see below).
Root cause and corrective action systems that stop problems from repeating.
Your own people equipped to audit — plus a deep review before anyone external walks in.
We help you choose the right registrar and walk in over-prepared.
Documentation Development
Your documentation plan is mapped to the clauses of your standard — ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or AS9100 — through three phases: develop the documentation, train your people, then implement and build the records that prove it works.
Support at the level you choose: on an as-needed basis, a monthly touchpoint, or full project management with MOCG actively driving the process and writing your system documentation.
System Development
We structure your documentation so each level does one job — and nothing gets written that doesn't earn its keep.
Tracked Week By Week
Every required document is a row. Every week is a column. Progress is visible to everyone until the last row.
On-Call Support
Already certified? Questions still come up — a surveillance audit finding, a customer with very specific system demands, a documentation snag. Our virtual ISO consulting support is built for exactly that.

— MOCG ClientChoosing a Certification Body
The differences between certification bodies are enormous — in price, auditor quality, responsiveness, and reputation — and almost none of it is published anywhere. Most certified companies never learn that they can expect personalized service and quick answers, that reputations range from excellent to genuinely poor, or that a registrar falling behind on its own obligations can put a client's certificate at risk. It takes decades of sitting across the audit table to know who delivers.
So when an MOCG client selects or changes registrars, they get what the market won't tell them: every candidate scored on weighted criteria, three-year total cost including auditor travel, and a ranked recommendation in plain language. Real numbers from a recent AS9100 selection (registrars anonymized): the same certificate ranged from roughly $25,000 to $34,000 over three years — and the cheapest option scored weakest on audit rigor. That's why rigor carries 35% of our model and price only 15%: a certificate from a weak auditor is worth what it costs.
You have options — before certification, and at any point after. One of our clients switched certification bodies with this analysis behind them: better auditors, better service, and a large cost savings.

"We weren't entirely happy with our certification body, but didn't know enough to realize that we could and should have higher expectations. Lindsay challenged us to make a move. She helped us easily transition to an organization that better met our needs, was more attuned to our needs, was timely..."
