ISO Certification

The answer to this is NO. Gone are the days that you picked a CB because they were accredited in the countries you serve, or they are considered ‘Top Tier’ or a ‘Household Name’. Often these organizations fall behind with their scheduling due to not enough auditors (as much as a year late), so many are merging and acquiring and are just to big to be effective. As a result they are overpriced due to excessive structure and overhead, and create a lot of stress for their clients when they are hard to pin down, slow to respond and presents layers of bureaucracy. Worse still are the ‘CBs’ that are not accredited, preying on clients that don’t understand the difference.

Without going through the accreditation steps there is no way of knowing if the standard is being assessed consistently by the Certification Body, whether your customers will accept or respect your certification, and most importantly whether you actually meet the requirements. Is it worth losing customer business when they find your systems lacking?

Let us help you shortlist the best and most reputable ones for your industry, size, location and standard. It’s free with all our engagements.

Are you unhappy with your current Certification Body (CB)? or found out they are not Accredited? Many Organizations are unaware that they could transfer their ISO Certificate from one CB to another at any stage of their certificate’s life cycle, at no charge and no disruption. We can help guide and advise you and protect you in the event that your CB is unaccredited.

Transferring certification presents several advantages for organizations:

All ISO Certification Bodies are NOT created equal. We know the ones that are great to work with, more client-centric, accessible for technical questions, timely with scheduling, value your business, less bureaucratic. The ones who can be flexible for clients with ‘A-typical’ business models, remote operations, virtual workers, field personnel, majority subcontracted, even those experiencing rapid growth requiring facility moves etc.

We have been doing ISO for a long time…. 25 years to be exact.
