- ISO 13485 Management Overview For supervisors and above, this sessions focuses on begining the education process, using a combination of practice and theory, particpants develop a working knowledge of the requirements and their application.
- ISO 13485 Awareness Don't have the time or the resources to training everyone in your company? but know that it is important that everyone understands the importance of their role and how they impact company performance and how the ISO 13485 requirements are met? We have some wonderful tools for providing the appropriate levels of awareness.
- Process Owner Training Without this group of people, your ISO 13485 system will never be truly adopted, 'bought-into' or maintained. It will never truly reflect functional activities and will be inadequate before it's even begun. We incorporate implementation methodologies, with documentation and system requirements to ensure this pivotal group can appropriately lead this effort, whether it is one person, or 20, we can help you make sure you select the correct members and give them the tools to lead your process and succeed.
- ISO 13485 Auditor Training With standards increasing, operating environments more complex and resources tight, it is becoming more and more difficult to ensure internal auditors have the appropriate skills to be effective, and the confidence and know how to 'test' the system and facilitate continual improvement. We offer an indepth session incorporating both classroom and practical training.
