ISO Process Improvement and Re-design

Registration is just the first step. Whether you want to implement Six Sigma, Lean, achieve the Malcolm Baldrige Award, or simply optimize your company's performance, you need the foundation of a formalized system that the ISO Standards provide.

Once you are registered however, maintaining registration is not enough. If all you do is make sure that your documentation is correct and appropriately filed, your registration will be more of a burden than an asset. It is important to utilize the consistency of operation to generate valid data that you can use to drive targeted improvements in the company.

You do not have unlimited resources so it is important that you make large improvements not token enhancements. MOCG can customize a Process Improvement program to meet your needs.

Not satisfied with the program implemented internally or by another consulting firm, MOCG has been asked by many registered companies to assist them with identifying and implementing improvements.  This could take the form of any of the following:

Improvement Training

Maximize the effectiveness of your Corrective Action, Preventive Action, and Continuous Improvement actions with our proven methodology.

Management Review Assistance

Take a fresh look at your Management System and data sources to make sure you truly understand the state of the company and are applying resources appropriately.

Quality Objectives

Get assistance in determining appropriate goals throughout the company to ensure that overall company objectives are obtained.

Process Reengineering

Take a step back to look at a system and redesign it to reduce scrap/rework, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction, increase employee satisfaction, and increase throughput.

Process Capability

Understand if your processes are capable of producing the desired result. Quality is consistency. While a process may be capable of producing one good product it may falter when producing thousands. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your processes can lead you to the discovery of drastic quality improvements and the reduction of inspections, re-work, re-inspections, and re-processing.

Our ISO Process Improvement and Redesign services can be applied in an ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 16949/TS2 and ISO 14001 environment. Please call or email us for details or complete the online RFP.
